All measurements are included in product descriptions. Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be minor variations from item to item.

The information displayed on the website is to the best of our knowledge accurate at the time of publication. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images due to the production process and the lighting in which they were photographed.

We recommend washing our products by hand. Our ceramics are not suitable for use in the oven or microwave. The Little Green Pottery Studio cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring to your items due to incorrect use or aftercare.

PRICING

All transactions are processed in GBP.  The Little Green Pottery Studio reserves the right to change product prices and information without prior notice.

DELIVERY

All non personalised items will be posted out within 3 working days.

All personalised items will be posted within 2 - 3 weeks.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of it being dispatched, please get in touch by email at info@thelittlegreenpotterystudio with your name and order number.

CANCELLATION

You reserve the right to cancel your order up to 3 days after it has been made, however please note that this is not possible if the personalisation element of your item has already begun.

Details are processed in accordance with local law and are not sold to third parties. Our store is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
